Janice Keifer, Lotus Yoga Center Owner
Can dreams come true? Absolutely! Through yoga, I have found not only a personal peace and expansion, but a way to contribute towards the enhancement of the mind, body, and spirit of others. During the past 14 years that I have practiced yoga, I have become certified to teach Kundalini Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, and Kids Yoga.
Peggy Chew
Peggy is the “Kids Yoga” Instructor at Lotus Yoga. She also substitute teaches for our adult Kundalini Yoga classes. If that weren’t enough, she has been a faithful and dependable volunteer since the Yoga Center opened.
Pamela Adams
As a yoga teacher Pam’s intention is to provide an opportunity to explore, celebrate and accept the uniqueness each participant brings to their mat. She believes the power to join body, mind and spirit resides in each of us and can promote profound joy and harmony. Pam feels the collective energy of each class combines with her interactive style to create a unique and personal experience. With a Hatha foundation, heavily influenced by Kundalini, Vinyasa and Anusara, there is equal attention to breath, each pose (asana) and its counter pose, as well as to transitions and the integrative resting poses that follow.
Karen Hirten
Karen’s journey with Yoga began about 30 years ago. Her first “yoga-like” experience occurred during the birth of her first child. She said, “it was like my heart kept opening wider and wider throughout the labor and delivery process”. From that time on, Karen participated in yoga classes, as well as studying yoga philosophy and meditation.
Mari Rigdon

In 2002 she attended the Kripalu Center of Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts and became certified to teach Yoga.
