Can dreams come true? Absolutely! -- as evidenced by my realization of a 10 year dream to create the "Lotus Yoga Center". The first 15 years of my career, I was a Psychiatric Caseworker in a Pittsburgh, PA area hospital. Although I loved that profession, I yearned for a new experience. So, I got an MBA and spent the next 18 years working in the business/government sector in Washington D.C. and Orlando. I always wondered why I picked such divergent experiences -- the psychiatric realm and business. Now I know that it was divinely-led preparation for creating the "Lotus Yoga Center" --truly a holistic business.
Through yoga, I have found not only a personal peace and expansion, but a way to contribute towards the enhancement of the mind, body, and spirit of others. During the 12 years I have practiced yoga, I have become certified to teach Kundalini Yoga, PreNatal Yoga, and Kids Yoga. I feel so blessed to be able to provide a sanctuary for YOU to experience these mind, body, spirit wonders!
