Multi-Style Yoga has a Kundalini Yoga base, but incorporates Hatha asanas and poses from the Eastern Arts, such as Tai Chi. Chris Peck has been practicing Kundalini yoga for over nine years. He has studied numerous modalities of healing, creative thinking, and transformational work, which is why his style has evolved from a combination of his experiences. Chris has travelled extensively, including India and Egypt. Chris is also a professional musician, so sound or Naad Yoga is a very important component of his classes.
