Times: Wednesday mornings at 7:30am and Friday mornings at 8:00am.
GENTLE YOGA – A joyful, heart-centered, Hatha experience suitable for all skill levels. Combining breath and carefully guided movement, this class slowly prepares you to experience safe and gentle stretching, balancing and relaxation. Modifications and props are offered.
This class offers both a wide variety of yoga poses and basic breathing exercises. Control of the breath calms the mind, balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain and promotes clear thinking. Linking the breath to movement will create sequences and an invitation to experience a deeper connection to your heart center.
